Payment setup
Where payments come from, where they settle, and what members see on their statements. Mostly done once, when the club joins or changes processor.
Payment processors
New card charges route to Authorize.net.
- StripeNot eligible
Stripe won't take payments for anything it considers fetish-related, and that includes a leather club's dues and education nights. Clubs that use it anyway usually find out when the account is frozen with their money inside. CLS doesn't use it.
- Authorize.net (high-risk merchant account)PrimarySimulated — no money moves
MID ••7731Authorize.net gateway on CLS's own merchant account from a high-risk ISO.

Recorded at the door
If Authorize.net drops you, switch to CCBill or Segpay in one click. Anything it approved in writing routes there; anything it didn't stays with another approved processor or isn't sold. Nothing is pooled, so no other club's problem touches yours.
Each processor is approved for specific kinds of charges. Colors only sends a charge through a processor approved for it and never relabels one kind of charge as another, which is how clubs lose accounts.
What members see on their card statement
Anyone who opens the statement — a partner, a parent, an employer reviewing expenses — learns the club's name.
Where each kind of charge goes
A charge only goes through a processor that approved its category in writing. If none did, Colors doesn't sell it.

- Play-party entryNot soldNo processor has approved play-party entry in writing. Charging it through an account approved for something else is transaction laundering, so Colors blocks the sale.
