Safety
Report something that didn't sit right. A named safety team reviews every report, and anyone named gets to tell their side before a decision.
Report a concern
Goes to CLS's safety team only: Marlow. If you name one of them, they won't see it: the rest of the team handles it, or the president if no one is left.
Cases are open to CLS's named safety team only: Marlow. No other officer can read them — not the president, not the treasurer — unless a report names someone on the safety team: they never see it, and it goes to the rest of the team, or to the president if no one is left. That's what makes it safe to report anyone, including someone on the board.
