Cascadia Leather Society

Meetings

Agendas, recording consent, and minutes drafted from the transcript for the secretary to review.

Nothing is recorded until every attendee says yes. One “no” turns off recording and transcription for the whole meeting, which is what all-party-consent states require.
Minutes are drafted with scene names. Any legal name spoken on the recording is removed before the draft reaches anyone's screen, and the recording is deleted once the minutes are approved.

AI-drafted minutes

Off

When this is on, drafting minutes sends the meeting to Anthropic's Claude API (claude-opus-5-5), which writes a draft for you to edit and approve.

What's sent
  • The transcript, with any legal name spoken aloud replaced by “[name removed]”
  • Speakers and attendees by scene name
  • The meeting title, date and agenda
What isn't
  • The audio
  • Legal names
  • Member records, contact details or anything from other meetings

Claude drafts only when every attendee agreed to recording, and attendees are told before they answer. Each draft sent to Claude goes in the audit log.

No Anthropic API key is set on this server yet, so drafts use the built-in template and are marked “Drafted without AI”.
