Questions from the organizers

Optional. You can go without answering.

So the organizers can set up the venue and help you get in and around.

This is health information

Why: So the organizers can set up the venue and help you get in and around. Who can read your answer: you and the club's secretary. Each time one of them opens it, you can see who and when under My privacy. It's used only for this event. It never goes into club statistics or mailing lists, and it's never sold. It's deleted 30 days after the event ends, or as soon as you delete it. You can take this back at any time: delete your answer on the event page or under My privacy, and it's erased. This is separate from the club's terms. You can go to the event without answering.

Location check-in

Members can check themselves in from their phone near the venue.

On. The phone checks the distance itself and sends only “inside: yes”. We never receive or store coordinates.

Attendee lists show scene names only. Legal names never appear here; the membership chair can open one with a logged reason if it's ever needed.
